The stay was excellent and the staff's behaviour was very good and the food was also tasty. We had a wonderful stay

all are well , but I want to suggest to add paratha or puri in breakfast , rest location is beautiful

Location is too far from the temple and cleanliness is very poor Food is terrible

The location is a bit far from the city, but the maintenance is good. Hot water is not available even though they say it is. The trip was on a rainy day and due to the lack of hot water it was inconvenient for kids to bathe

I booked a cottage and it’s really good, amenities and services are good, especially my car not started at the time and the hotel employees helped immediately and addressed the problem and also they given mechanic contact, it’s highly recommended

staff: staff are friendly, they were very helpful in arranging local transport. room: ambience is good, bed linen is also good. the hot water though is hardly lukewarm, tough to manage in cold weather or rainy season. restaurant and bar: bar is not stocked at all, not even beers are available. food options are also limited. food served is ok.

This is a great place and location is just awesome 🥰. Food can be more better especially in the dinner. Though it’s 10 min away from the temple you feel that as it’s dense forest and loved it.

Great location, peaceful place to spend time with family.. clean rooms. those who are replying on public transport please don't even think about this as there is no public transportation available, can request the hotel to provide the transport, staff is quite helpful and friendly.

Resort was good with calming nature have opted for balcony view to enjoy greenary. Over all I can say good and hygiene. Only one disappointed thing is usually now a days all rooms by default comes with AC option but we have to choose separately here which we will not get to know while booking.

The stay was good and the food was awesome. Everything we tried food wise was really tasty. Will recommend people to take AC room during summer as it gets hot. Overall satisfactory stay and service

property was clean when checked in. service was worst. no TV , stayed for 3 days no cleaning even after request. bad smell in toilet.

Very good property in the green forest and staff are friendly but some things Need to be improved, WI-FI doesn’t connect and if connected gets disconnected after sometime as there is no mobile network (Jio) and hot water issue needs to be rectified Go for it if you need a getaway from busy life and get some leisure

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, offering a relaxing ambiance. During my stay, I encountered an issue with the room’s locking mechanism. However, the staff promptly responded and swiftly arranged for me to be moved to another room without any hassle. Their quick action and professionalism made me feel valued as a guest, and I truly appreciated their efforts. The hotel’s facilities were in great condition, and the stay was peaceful and enjoyable. It would have been a fantastic addition to the experience if breakfast was included, also the restaurant available on-site had a limited food menu. Having more dining options, especially in the morning, would elevate the guest experience even further. Despite this minor suggestion, I highly recommend De Royale Montana for its excellent service, well-kept environment, and the attentiveness of its staff. I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

It was amazing experience. Staff was really very good and accommodated our requests. Food was also amazing. Room was very very clean and good. It's been one of best experience in subramanya. Highly recommended stay.
