A lovely location and property but the eating areas and bar were really not very clean. The excuse was a lot if the north Indian staff had gone home but it could easily have been cleaned up by existing staff if they felt pride in their work. The staff were attentive and nice but this hotel could be so much better if it maintained minimum standards

The cleanliness of the hotel is satisfactory; however, the Wi-Fi is not functioning, and many amenities, such as water and extra beds, incur additional charges.

Stay is good, infrastructure and amenities are good but resturent services totally bad, and also food not good, atleast resturent service person not supplying food in systematically

Not a value for money deal, as there are lot of issue. wifi issue was there, no mobile network, for 3rd person no bed was provided, terrible food

Very basic amenities and almost no one available to cater customer. Property is new, food is good but no staff at all.

The location is a bit far from the city, but the maintenance is good. Hot water is not available even though they say it is. The trip was on a rainy day and due to the lack of hot water it was inconvenient for kids to bathe

I booked a cottage and it’s really good, amenities and services are good, especially my car not started at the time and the hotel employees helped immediately and addressed the problem and also they given mechanic contact, it’s highly recommended

staff: staff are friendly, they were very helpful in arranging local transport. room: ambience is good, bed linen is also good. the hot water though is hardly lukewarm, tough to manage in cold weather or rainy season. restaurant and bar: bar is not stocked at all, not even beers are available. food options are also limited. food served is ok.

This is a great place and location is just awesome 🥰. Food can be more better especially in the dinner. Though it’s 10 min away from the temple you feel that as it’s dense forest and loved it.

Great location, peaceful place to spend time with family.. clean rooms. those who are replying on public transport please don't even think about this as there is no public transportation available, can request the hotel to provide the transport, staff is quite helpful and friendly.

Resort was good with calming nature have opted for balcony view to enjoy greenary. Over all I can say good and hygiene. Only one disappointed thing is usually now a days all rooms by default comes with AC option but we have to choose separately here which we will not get to know while booking.
