“My stay was disappointing. The room was not clean, curtains and ceiling looked old and dirty, and there was no reception or proper staff support. Security and surveillance were completely missing. For such poor service, the price felt unreasonably high.”

I booked this place - glamp with jacuzzi after seeing an Instagram reel. The place lacks basic amenities and not maintained. It paid around 9900rs for a night and the facilities were on par with 1000rs hotel to be generous. Its location is the only saving grace. The views are stunning but the glamp is not cleaned and no views were possible from inside. The jacuzzi was not ready and they cleaned and filled it with water only around 7 pm with the water still being cold and we could not use it at all. There were no lights outside and the excuse was customer privacy. Cold breakfast was served which was again pathetic. Don’t book this place ever

Pathetic Experience - Not Worth the Hype Akshay was the only saving grace: He was extremely helpful and did his best despite being all alone and handling everything on his own. His service deserves appreciation, but he clearly needs support. Terribly managed property: There was absolutely no proper arrangement in place. Basic hospitality expectations were not met. Unclean and unhygienic: Crockery was missing or not provided. Bedsheets were not clean. The glamp cover was so dirty that we couldn't see outside – defeating the whole point of the "view" experience. The jacuzzi was filthy and the water smelled bad – definitely not usable. No vegetarian food options nearby: Akshay managed to arrange something but it was very average and not satisfying at all. Completely isolated location: Yes, it's peaceful and the natural location is decent, but it's far off with nothing around. Not ideal for people expecting even basic convenience. Lacks value for money: For the price paid. Poor facilities, lack of cleanliness, and zero amenities made it very disappointing.
