Excellent Stay

Very nice & comfortable stay. Behavior of the entire staff is just excellent. Food was also very tasty. Best ambiance.

Poor Stay

While the outdoor of the resort was decent, the cottage room tv wasn't working, the geyser wasn't working, and the ac was dripping water after every few minutes. When asked to fix the geyser no one turned up for 30 - 40 mins, had to physically follow up at reception. Service is terribly slow for the cost paid. Food is great but very slow service. Order is received only after a few followups and a minimum 30-40mins wait. Service is below expectation for cost. Overall it seems the resort is short of manpower, this experience is just with 3-4 families on property.

The resorts amenities and ambience is good. However room needs deep cleaning especially the floorings. Also the continuous hot water for bath is challenge due to small capacity of geyser / boiler. They should increase the water capacity of geyser / boiler. Other wise food is excellent and staff is good and supportive

Awesome stay experience

I went there after going through mm t reviews. It turned out to be an awesome experience overall. The resort has very good amenities and property. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Loved the ambience of the place. The food quality was good too. We are lucky to spot 1 peacock just outside our room. Overall was pleasantly surprised to find a good resort in remote place like gaganbawda. Keep it up.
