located right on Mumbai Goa highway. The rooms are decent sized & service is good. Best option in the rural location.

It was informed prior that we would like to extend our stay but Lemongrass did not support . Very rude behaviour of receptionist. Internal communication of booking staff is poor which impacted guests booking plan. Otherwise stay n breakfast was good

Location is perfect if you want to get onto the highway quickly. Food was very nice and tasty!! Service given by staff was excellent.They can do better with the amenities though. Overall was good experience. Have visited the property second time, this time the property seems to be less maintained than the previous instance. The food is amazing but breakfast has limited options, the location is good for people travelling on the highway but far from railway station although commute can be managed by the hotel. Value for money stay

Property needs to be maintained better. Mattresses need to be changed. Service is decent. Don’t include breakfast with your stay because it’s not actually free. The room rate increases when you include breakfast. They will only give poha. Pay for breakfast separately so that you can order whatever you like.

Great location, excellent staff response all the time. Amazing room service. Lemon grass should be a bit pro active about checking rooms for insects (e.g., roaches) prior to check in. This would have our experience excellent.

Great location. Nearby veg restaurants. Lemon grass has excellent amenities and room service options. The room service is prompt all the time. The only issue we had was there very small roaches in one of room which were eliminated by the staff promptly. A proactive approach of room being insect free ahead of check in would have made our rating as excellent.

Hotel Lemongrass has very good rooms and staff is very cooperative. It has a great location connectivity as well. Only sour point is Restaurant offering for Breakfast. The services provided by the contractor is just horrible. You will get sam emenu (three choices) every day. Further, quality of food is also not very good. Same restaurant serves decent meal during the day (albeit on chargeable basis).I would recommend not to book breakfast service while booking this hotel. Rest all is just amazing.

The staff was very pleasant & cooperative. The rooms were also ok,but the air conditioning was not up to mark. The bathroom was clean but somehow smelly. The food was decent & nothing to complain about. The location of property was most convenient for travelling to airport from Konkan..

The property is in a state of utter disrepair. the staff is completely uninterested in the guests and if it were upto them they would rather not be having people staying at this property. if the power goes off, the staff literally asks if they should shut the backup on. if the backup is put on you are duly informed that there is no AC.
