Don't, t spoil your vacation. This is the worstttt experience i had ever. Third class resort, where everything is third class. Son, t know why make my trip association is there. Extremely disgusting with owner behavior. He does know manners. We booked two rooms, when we reached there they said they have one room only. We had to accommodate in one room as it was late. When i told to adjust the amount as they were charging 300 rs for extra bed. Next day when we approach mnager for checkout and told him to adjust the amount with food, they reluctant to do that. They changed dor two rooms. Rediculous, disgusting behavior from so called owner. .

Resort people do not even know that we have booked. When we reached the resort in the night, no one opened the gate, then later we crossed the wall and entered the resort because i had a family with me.

Location and food was very good. However hygiene is a concern. Door mats very dusty. Floor not clean. Frequent tripping of electricity when geyser switched on. Towels and bedsheets not washed.

Location is in the middle of the jungle. Food was awesome. Behavior and servicing of all the staffs are too good.

Resort is very good. Staff behavior excellent. Little far from Ramnagar but if you are traveling in own car it is very good resort with all the basic facilities. You can go to sit again side to explore jungle in your own car. We were close to see tiger on the main road and have seen wild elephants.

1. Floor mat is very dirty and seems never cleaned up and smells a lot. Person can't put foot directly as it's so dirty. 2. Rooms and bathroom has spider web. 3. Blanket given smells like old socks never washed up. 4. One towel given per room even if you are staying with your family. 5. Food is pathetic, rice and chicken served uncooked. 6. TV doesn't works in any of the rooms in the entire resort. 7. Container used to serve food are distorted and very old seems like used since ages and not cleaned properly.

Not at all safe for girls/ ladies/ kids. Go only in groups. Staff was very good people, very courteous, food was good. However place was kind of scary. It was at the middle of a jungle, pitch dark, and pin drop silent, just after 6 pm. There is a 3 kilometers jungle road which is pitch dark, no light, forest all around. Not even a single person seen around. Completely dark, pin drop silent that too just after sunset. No light around. Not safe for girls and family. Boys may have lots of fun though.

Everything we have to ask for facilities. Neither water supply nor electricity was there for 2 days. Backup generator they have not even turned on. Last but not the least food was terrible as well. Waste of time and money to stay at such place.

Terrible Stay. Zero maintenance of hotel. It was totally damp and difficult to breathe. Carpet was full of dust which had soaked moisture. No maintenance done after opening the resort after it was closed during off season. No cook available. Food made by the maintenance staff itself which was crappy. Numerous complaints made by the anyone who has stayed. Location is deep inside the Jungle by a Kucha road. No conveyance available to go and come from there. It is deep inside the Jungle where snakes etc can easily come. No control in that. Please take this resort off the list.

No mineral water, tv not working, damp smell in rooms, pool with dirty water

Rooms were dusty and dirty. Housekeeping was poor.

Beautiful location, beautiful rooms, good staffs, tasty foods.

Awesome stay, ambience and hospitality is awesome. Specifically nature of the owner Mr Kapil is really good.

Worst ever experience, dirty, unhygienic, safety and security is very poor, a Resort is managed by 2 employee's, no reception counter, no space for parking.

Everything is good, Unik place good looking. Only light problem is there unfortunately otherwise good and drink problem also there.

Never expected this bad experience, swimming pool was with no water ac not working washrooms were very down in hygiene I will never suggest anyone for this resort no facilities at all please never visit they are not worth visit.

Very poor hospitality and facilities given

The place is okay but it needs more staff but overall it was okay.
