I was given a very bad room. The first issue when we entered was the spoiled bed sheets and comforter covers. This was followed by constant power issues. So during the night, power went of several times, and just for our room, the generator never kicked in. I had to call them the reception 8 times during the night to ask them to restore power to my room. Finally food; we had ordered a paneer apetizer, but the paneer tasted funny. It was either gone bad like expired, or it was not paneer at all. Any which ways the food was not good too. In addition, we paid approx. incl. taxes for this room and this level of services. It's bad overall except the staff. Fortunately, the staff is too good and very helpful, but that alone does not justify paying this big amount for all the other messes.

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and top-notch amenities. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten stars if we could

It was a very bad experience, the property is not maintained properly, also the photo and reality are different, we ask for partial cancellation but neither MakeMyTrip not Hotel management help us for the same, we are not happy at all.

Room are clean and well maintained . Service is prompt and nice. Swimming pool is well maintained and clean . Location is key , access for multiples nearby beaches.

We stayed for 1 night and Coral Vista was a good stay, rooms were clean but the stay seemed to be expensive without any breakfast, Didn't seem to justify the price. it was an average room.

Location nearby beach.. All amenities 👍 excellent Service good. Food was nice. We experience Slow Service for Food. But Food was very good.

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the charges for my recent hotel booking. Upon arriving at the hotel, i discovered that the room tariff at the location was lower than the amount charged during the booking through your platform. The hotel staff confirmed the lower tariff, but i was charged a higher amount through makemytrip. This discrepancy has caused me concern, and i kindly request a review of the booking charges.

Stay was good. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Airy room with ample of light which feels very fresh. Garden sitting arrangement was also good. We enjoyed the dinner in garden. Overall i feel good and relaxing in hotel. Service was also good. Thanks.

Property is overpriced and far away from any of the beaches, they didn't change bedsheets before they allocated room to us. Immediately after sitting on the bed we realised sand on the bed and all over. Most of my family started itching. We called to support them and they changed the bed sheet. It was ok afterwards from a cleaning perspective. We had 3 days booked and they started enquiring about our check out just the next morning. They claimed we have 1 day stay and later realised their fault. No room service by default and filler for milk powder sachet or tee bag. If you ask them they do. No mobile tower works there, at least jio and airtel had 0 towers. They provide wifi which only works from the balcony. The only positive thing was beds which were enough for myself, my wife and kids. I paid more for three days and hotel was worth 6000 perhaps. Much better options available near beaches, i recommend to avoid this property if possible.

The stay was pleasant, room and pool was clean, staffs were very attentive and the view from gallery was awesome. Must recommended resort if anyone travel-ling to dapoli.

The hotel stay was comfortable. Overall property location is good & hotel staff is courteous by all means.

Nilkrupa resort is best place to stay with family. Such a decent crowd and you will get all the amenities with food.

All toiletries, shampoos and dental kits provided had already surpassed the expiration date. No full time cook available during the stay. Menu was very limited and very poor service at the restaurant with waiting time of 30-45 mins for every dish. No fishes available for lunch/dinner despite being coastal resort.
