The booking was made in winter season. The climate was very cold but they were not having proper geyser and hot water facility. we have to struggle hard for hot water.

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. I specifically want to mention the remarkable service of atal singh chaudhary and karan thakur who have shown their intense patience and thoughtful service. Housekeeping staff also were very helpful.

The room was smelly. The head shower wasn’t working. Furniture was old my advice to the landlord to invest some money in to renovate the hot and you can attract lots of business.

Wi-fi kept cutting next door or office dragging tables and chairs even asked for a quite room did not happen. Would of stayed longer

The hotel rooms were decent, toilets were clean, food was tasty. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The service was good. The hotel is located at 5 min distance from highway so it was not difficult to reach the hotel. Went there for my friend’s emgagement ceremony. The banquet room was good size, can accommodate 150 people easily.

Solo trip to nawashahr. Great experience to stay in continental hotel. The hotel suites day to day requirements and good hotel in entire nawanshahr area. Most of the corporate/govt employees visit their and stay during their visit to nawanshahr.

Really I am feeling regret as I booked this hotel. How they treat me is terrible. illiterate staff. I will never ever visit here again. Bakwas totally bakwas.
