The hotel denied entry after two days they again asked for extra money we have to keep waiting for the room at night 11

there service is not good, we booked two days room one month before, but when we reached the hotel the receptionist not grant the room he is telling,oyo, booked they will not agry and didn't grant the room Room very dirty, toilet like public, AC not working, room not cleaned, bad smell etc

The worst stay firstly they didn't allow us to check in and then when i asked they said the room is full and on having argument they asked for extra 300 rupees and after accepting the request still they didn't gave us room and after having a bad quarrel they said they have single room with single bed. And we had to adjust there the room was not clean also so small the bathroom didn't have light. So terrible experience and the boy's behaviour in reception was inappropriate and so the owner.
