Worst experience. We were forced to pay double the amount we had already paid. The hotel room did not have even basic things. Dirtiest room. Indecent and rude staff.

The rooms were dirty even the staff took a lot of time to change the bed sheets, the washroom is totally unhygienic and there were cockroaches in the closet

Terrible Stay
I have booked the room of OYO 28720 Prithvi Inn, Nagpur on behalf of Mr. Sanjay Narwane on the night of 20th Aug. The description of the product says 3 beds and complimentary breakfast. On arrival at the hotel, the staff only provided 2 beds. When asked about breakfast the staff said you have to pay for it separately. The room condition is also very pathetic. The bathroom is the dirtiest. Feeling cheated now.

The hotel is ok but situated in the corner of the city in the morning tea we get only by 8:30 am. Ok type hotel but worth in this budget.

Location very difficult to find. Bathroom was bad. Room ok. Reception was poor. Asked for wake up call. Never bothered.

Location is good. Place is calm. Staff is cooperative. Except breakfast wasn't available at required time.
