Property location was good but no fooding service at all. Reception staff was corporative but no fooding services at the hostel.

offered Room was a store room my family was standing outside in a chilling cold night as the booking was not refundable so we don't have a choice to cancel it. we had requested hotel for other room they refused us and started fighting with us. eventually we had to call for police . I am surprised why has passed this booking to property so unhygienic basement hotel... I want my full refund of this booking

Hotel was not good no light in room. No bathtowel no soap no housekeeping.

There were enough items provided, the environment was pleasant, and i would like to visit again.
