the photo of the hotel doesn't match with the reality. there is an insurance office on the first floor. the rooms AC was not working. the hanger for hanging clothes in the bathroom was broken. however they agreed to change the room. people should not confuse this Clarks brand with the one Clarks chain of Clarks shiraz, Clarks awadh and Clarks khajuraho which are five star properties.

familyClark inn the famous name and good one every other cities have i been. Here it's just a hotel and they charge u like resort. Ruined my trip. Staff was cooperative but not good services. Too crowded at breakfast and location is poor.

familyLocation was far from expectations. Located in a dirty and messy area. The rooms were not value for money at all. Felt we were overcharged. Food was okay with little variety. Rooms were small and smelly. The hotel needs a lot of improvement. However, the silver lining was that mr are k arora took good care of us. The dudhwa experience was amazing. Especially the elephant safari is not to be missed at all
