They do not follow any rules.
Room service was really bad and location was good but they changed fifteen hundred rupees for one night and it was worth less.

Bad condition of room, lift and service. They have only location advantage otherwise the city hotel patna is not a place where you can stay with family.
City hotel patna is just like a low grade dharamshala and is not a place where you can stay with family. They do not provide toiletries, towel and room service. The lift is also non functional. Overall i felt disgusting.
