Got scammed in Chandrashram guest hous

Coming here seem like a great experience, bit the reality is far from that. I've booked a room for one night. When i arrived the homestay owner told me the room was not available. I kindly asked to return the money so we could look for another place. This was not possible. He told us he might be able to return a part of the money only. But until today i still haven't heard anything from him. Makemytrip says the booking is not refundable. These people give Varanasi a bad name. Please stay away from here and look somewhere else. Its a scam
