When I was about to reach the hotel, I called the property number 3 times. No one picked up. When I reached there was no one at the reception, after a while a man came. The room was okay but it was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets were not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Geyser was not working, shower was not working properly. And the worst part, there were so many mosquitoes but there was no one to complain to as there was no one at the reception at any point of time. Everyone used to come at 10:30 in the morning (the guard told me so) and left before evening/night. There was no housekeeping staff. Nothing. Pathetic stay.
