Excellent Stay
Our stay at Chalo Kasol Riverside from 2-5 October 2025, was wonderful. The property is beautiful, the food was delicious, and our dogs loved it. The real highlight, however, was the incredible staff. A special thanks to Vicky for his proactive, humble, and quick service, and to Manager Chinu for his polite and attentive care. Their team went above and beyond, even upgrading our accommodation. We highly recommend this property, the location. the riverside front, interior decorations, lighting, quality of food, the hygiene and cleanliness everything was a benchmark for our future stays as well. You guys have made our stay a memorable one.

An Exceptional Stay Made Memorable by Outstanding Staff

nice location... basic amenities issues
The location and the ambience is very nice. Service is also descent. The command area is good for partying and all. The problem lies with basic amenities like washrooms doesn’t have any hanger. No space to place luggage. Unavailability of mineral water.

We’d like to clarify that mineral water is available on request, however, we encourage the use of filtered water provided across the property as part of our effort to reduce plastic usage. Hangers and luggage space are thoughtfully designed per room type, but we appreciate your suggestions and will keep them in mind as we review guest comfort features. Terrible Stay
I can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience of my travel life so far. the staffs were equally clueless and uncooperative. they had no idea what was going on. there is no provision for going and out of the resort. they are least bothered about the customer enquiry. in a word, absolutely terrible experience. apart from the location they literally have nothing going on for them. being in hospitality business i highly recommend them to take some course on how to attend to people.

Thank you for sharing your review. We'd like to clarify that everything during your stay went smoothly, and the issue only came up around checkout time. Our standard checkout is 11:00 AM, and considering it is peak season, we extended it till 12:00 noon as a courtesy. Your cab was scheduled for the evening, but we couldn't allow use of the room beyond that time as the next guest was due for check-in. This doesn't reflect uncooperative behavior from our staff, but rather our commitment to maintaining timely operations for all guests.

superb holidays @ Chalo Kaso
The property is simply awesome. The location is just besides Parvati river. The ambience of the property is beyond words. Nice place to stay with family and relax with superb service & amenities to take care of your every needs. Highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Kasol.

WORTH THE MONEY
Was there on 28th May night. Location perfect. Awesome views and near to manikarika gurudwara and temple. DJ music makes it near perfect. Breakfast food again was awesome. Only flaw I can say is that tent size was small. Could have been little big.

Good food, avoid booking river side cott
We booked river side cottage. please avoid booking river side cottage as it is very congested inside and dark cloth they used to make interiors make the room very dark, plus there is very less ventilation and it was very hot inside the room. we visited on 22 april, 2025. Food at the facility was amazing, we had dinner and breakfast there.

The Riverside tents are designed keeping in mind the extreme winter conditions we face in this region — the darker interiors help retain warmth during the colder months. However, we understand that this can feel a bit hot and less ventilated during warmer weather. For a more comfortable stay in such conditions, we recommend our cottages, which are more spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with air conditioning for a much cooler and pleasant experience. We truly appreciate your input and hope to host you again with an option that better suits your comfort.
Picturesque property
beautiful property alongside river with scenic view and live dj music.only one thing to remind in case of need of alcoholic beverages - you have to bring with you as it is not available at restaurant.
