Sim Sim Trekkers Retreat

The wash room was clean but food was not tasty and one more issue no sign board available and 2 ways from long distance which is difficult to get the correct direction. 3 4 km run from main kasol. The staff was excellent.

We booked 2 rooms, gyser was not working, there we left 1 room and accommodated our selfs in 1 room as there was a really big spider with a diameter of 10 cms and after that one more on the bed and as we shifted to another room we killed 2 spiders there and there were 4 more same big ones behind the photo frame and we had to sleep there in that room. Rooms were not at all good and washroom was also not clean.

Excellent service and friendly staff

The hotel is located in chalal village, in a very beautiful location, which is a 30-40 mins trek from the main kasol road. The stay and food are quite good if you are willing to trek your route to hotel all the way to chalal.

You can easily walk upto kasol where there are a lot of eat outs and party places. You can as-lo experience soem live music at cafes. The place has full party vibes but then this property is completely calm and serene, peaceful so you can experience both the worlds as and when you like.

This place as the name says is a trekkers retreat, don't book if you don't want to walk 1hr from kasol to get back to your hotel. The food was great. The view was also amazing.

We booked a night's stay, but were not able to reach due to the weather conditions, the host was generous enough to return the payment made (minus mm t processing fee offcourse.

Easily the best place to stay in chalal. Awesome hospitality and excellent food.

The hotel is just out of a fairy tale with mountains and clouds and isolated environment. Service n the chef rahul is extraordinary, tasty food. Staff is courteous and very helpful. I have been here many times. This is home !

Place was really peaceful, Owner/host, in particular, was very helpful and friendly. The place is little bit away from the main city of kasol which can be a good thing for some, the view of the valley from our room was simply beautiful. I would strongly recommend for all the trekkers do stay here.

Reaching the property was a bit difficult, but the location was amazing. The room was very nice and comfortable. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The whole property was very neat and clean. I really enjoyed staying in that property. Everything was very nice. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

We booked a dormitory for 6 people. 1) not all the amenities mentioned was provided. 2) don't use Google Maps for navigation as it may mislead you. 3) hotel owner was very helpful and patient enough to guide us.
