The stay has a lot of insects inside the cabin. Which makes it dirty and smelly. View is breathtaking but the hygiene issue is too much to ignore. Also the cabin is much smaller than they appear in images. The good thing is the food is very delicious and staff is very cooperative.

The stay was just amazing. Food was homely and satisfying. Hosts were just a call away for any help or assistance. The hosts were really friendly. Tan u showed the place around. He was being very motivating whenever we gets tired during the trek. Overall the service was very really nice.

Very poor services. Lied on most services very poor hygiene bland food no toilet paper, no towels, no water till you ask for each food bland no timelines not good for travellers looking for peace, good food, services, cleanliness and timelines as you won't find any here. Staff and owners don't take any oweness of any services and everything is taken up very casually. Just be ready to spend more and more. Money here and bfast included is just a sham.

The property. After driving nearly 15 kms far from kasol and then 30 mins uphill difficult terrain trek, carrying your luggage, you’ll reach the property. It is managed by a person who doesn’t have basic etiquettes of offering water before offering advice as to how to trek the difficult terrain. The property is much, much smaller than shown in pics. You cannot stand in the rooms. The glass walls are never wiped, so the main attraction of the property goes to the bin. There is only one bathroom which had a leaking faucet, and even after repeated requests for repair, was still broken. The shower doesn’t work as it leaks more than the spout. The food. It is served tasteless, cold and with a grin on the face. 4 street dogs, who btw were the only hospitable creatures over there, will keep staring your food and salivating. When you will leave the plates they’ll jump right into them having a party of sorts, leaving you with the imagination that you will again be served in these plates. We were there for the new years, and it was undoubtedly our worst new year, as we were shouted upon by the host on the first morning of new year, for not finishing our food! imagine paying for overpriced, cold food and getting scolded for not finishing it. The staff. Only two people work there, the manager doesn’t. Those two people are your porters, cooks, servers, plumbers, cleaners and every job you can imagine. They are clearly overworked and hence don’t care about you. The manager. He is the most arrogant and annoying thing about the experience. He has three magic words, no, can’t and not available. He cannot serve lunch 5 minutes after due time, he can’t talk politely and 70% items on the menu are not available. He will call you 7:30 in the morning asking that what you’ll have for breakfast as, you cannot order after that. Worst host ever. The host, the manager, the staff all of them know they’ve duped you and you are on their mercy as you cannot go anywhere from the isolated hilltop, without their help, so they act accordingly-rude and relentless

Host- terrible, unaware of her cancellation policy. Not helpful at all. She couldn’t care less about our experience. Absolutely uninterested. Food- all frozen mostly. Hardly any options. The pasta is horrible. Service - the cups and glasses were of plastic. Stained. Room- uncomfortable. The 3 huts that they’ve made are soooo uncomfortable. The 2 bedrooms don’t have heaters, logic given was that the place might catch fire. Might as well keep it open only in summers. The sheets weren’t the cleanest either. We were given hot water bottles one of which leaked in the night. The electric blanket was hardly effective. The quilt was also not warm enough for the kind of weather it was. Washroom- tiny, not bath mats no foot mats. Thankfully there was hot water. The property promises a tv which was no where to be found. The staff- helpful and kind. Must be just doing as the host groomed them, because they were also kind of unaware only. Just like their host. All in all our experience was sooooooo pathetic that we had to shorten our stay to one night instead of 2. I suggest go here in the summer months, because this place isn’t for winters, also carry packets of frozen food that you get in any grocery store, because that’s what they’ll have on the menu anyway. The room was for 10k a night. Honestly with the kind of experience and amenities i’d pay 2k a night for that place.
