The staff misbehaved, washrooms were not clean, it seems bookings were higher than their managing capacities. As our dinner was not in plan, they forced us to go through their pure decided buffet as due to the full bookings they had men power crunch and not in position to serve dinner as per of our choice

But now We are managing this property , we had changed all the things, now all the things are going smooth , our staff has now professional and welcoming our guest with warm regards. It was a wonderful property in all aspects whether it was of cleanliness, security, facilities or services. The rooms were cozy And comfortable. The caretaker was very attentive And helpful. Overall it was a value for money stay. I must recommend this property to others.

Satisfactory stay

Nice, clean And comfortable rooms with an easily accessible location. Sense of security was there And surrounding was peaceful. The tents were calm And relaxing. Service can be improved And the variety of food was missing. Must recommend the property to others.

Dear Gokul Ji, this is Adventure camping not luxury rooms, you booked tents with ground bedding, so how can we provide you hotel room which you were demanding, And hotel rooms were already full. Also you were not alone on that day, they enjoyed camping.
