    Room is different from our booking, lots of insects running here and there. Hygiene of toilets is very poor. No AC available.

    The hotel is about to undergo renovation and, although it's an old property, the owner has a heart of gold and is very cooperative. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is very peaceful, nestled in the hills. Yes, you do have to climb a few stairs to reach the hotel… but in my opinion, once the renovation is complete, this hotel will become truly precious.

    Stunning staying experience in chaitanya inn hotel so far, the rooms was very nicely maintained and it was sun facing with excellent mountain views. The hotel owner was very friendly and cooperative service provider. The overall experience was very nice and i'll definitely share the hotel with my friends and family in near future.
