The stay was good. Location is great and it’s just 3-4 mins walk to Lava Monastery. We stayed at the hotel at the time when Cyclone Mantha hit the area. So there was catastrophe all around. However, the owner was very caring and he personally was in touch all the time for any matter, which is really appreciable. Rooms and washroom were clean. They always served fresh cooked food which was moderately priced and average in quality. Staff behaviour was good. However the hotel lack lift facility and the exterior and interiors need to be taken care of. The dining area is not well maintained and one has to go through an under construction area to reach the dining hall. In short the stay was nice and comfortable with some minimal area of improvement. So it’s recommended for budget and family stay.

location is very good, view from rooms are excellent, quality of food is awesome and services are very good. Behavior of all staff are polite and all are helpful particularly the Manager of the property is a very good person in all respect.

Food was good, location is good. Facilities need improvement. Hands-pray doesn’t work, there are no drawers in the room, no tv. Extra charges are required for room heater

Great staff, not so great amenities

Pros: - the manager mr. Mrityunjay was more than helpful. He also arranged for the cab that picked us up from the station and took us sightseeing. He also arranged an electric kettle for us. - food was great and very decently priced cons: - property needs maintenance - bathroom smelled of mould - no tv or wifi - no lift (apparently accomodations in lava do not have lifts/elevators)

Hotel location is lava bazar but it is not actually in bazar. Hotel service will be more improved like free wifi tv connection generator facility. Overall staying is good and food is tasty.

We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay and food here. We don't know from where did you see that our property is in lava bazar, we clearly mention that our hotel is located beside of neora valley check post. Lava is a very small remote area, there is no medical shop, atm, doctors. How can you expect free wifi? there is no broadband service available here. When it will available, we will definitely install it. And don't miss guide other people. We told you that we have power backup like inverter, generator, but we are not using it for geyser. For that, don't write in review that we don't have power backup, it will effect our hotel reputation.
