Bad experience at hotel

Rooms were dirty and lack the basic things like water, ac and rooms were smelly. Also the bathroom was very small

In my room, water heater was not working so i have to suffer during this winter season. Also when i ordered veg biryani in dinner in my room, it was without salt. After this when i asked for morning coffee, the answer was not available and can't make as the manpower was not a available. Even i couldn't get the breakfast there. I had to walk 5 km for one coffee.
