Before reaching I got a call from the owner that the hotel is under renovation so not able to give you room but on reaching there the hotel was not under renovation they have given hotel rooms to other tourists, we shifted to other room, ac was working automatically without remote, light was not proper, mosquitoes are there. Only the owner's behave is too good and friendly.

They have allocated other guest house. Full of bad smell, unsafe, not recommending for anyone.

It is an extremely good property to stay. Caretaker, Blunch was really very very cooperative and friendly. Sanitation and the facilities were also commendable. It was a comfortable stay as the rooms were very nice. I have tried a good breakfast on this property. I would love to recommend this property to others.

It's an average hotel with normal facilities. The location is good it's near By Calangute Beach and the staff behaviour is also nice.

The location of the property was a bit difficult to reach. The rooms and cleanliness were good when we reached the property but no one came to the rooms to clean it during our stay. The staffs were helpful and co-operative.

Food and service very poor, near beach is very beautiful.

The location was so peaceful and calm. The staffs were so cooperative and friendly, and they serve a very good service. The room was also so comfortable and spacious with all modern amenities. The value of the property was very reasonable. All the things were wonderful over there. Must recommend the property to others.

We booked the hotel and informed them to keep room ready as we were arriving late night. Inspite of that we waited one hour for our room keep in mind we were with our parents. The owner kept saying at 1 pm at night that please be patient. The owner lady is very very rude and they don't have any staff available. They will also not provide free water and force you to buy water. They have no cleanliness and no room service. Think 100 times before booking this hotel.

It was very good. The owners were very cooperative. Arranged taxis for us. Good breakfast. Peaceful stay. Very near to Calangute Beach.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Thought we stayed here for 1 day and night. We felt secured and safe. The double occupancy room was spacious and clean. Must recommended for family and friends stays at Goa. Baga beach is nearer to the stay.
