Hotel rejected my booking
Hotel rejected my booking when i reached at 9. 00 pm yesterday. Giving the reason of low tarrif. I called on customer and waited for 45 minutes to get resolution. Cust care representative said i can't find a hotel nearby i will refund your amount. How can you show a hotel for booking if you don't have any coordination with respective hotel. What should a customer do at night after reaching hotel and denied check in. You should have verified this before. My check-in time was 2 pm. I didn't got any intimation from your side. Worst experience

Poor Stay
we had paid extra payment still we had already book my room then why you are showing and services is not well. i have paid/- when booked a room but when i reached at location they said you have to pay extra 850/- i said i have already paid and booked room but they said this is not suitable price for our room that's why you have to pay around. this is first experience. its very disgusting for me. thank you🙏🏻

Fare from airport
Airport is fare distance it take 45 minute reach the airport and no taxi available, food is not good at all.
