Booked it at random and glad I did. A good property to stay with easy accessibility to all the major beaches. Nice, clean and well maintained.

The room and washroom were clean, which was a plus. Food is not available, and drinking water is available only through a kitchen water filter. Every flat has three rooms, so if all are occupied, the dining and kitchen areas need to be shared. Parking is available on the ground floor, but on Sundays, space may not be guaranteed, requiring parking outside. The location is a bit far from the beaches. There are nearby hotels and tiffin centers for food, but options are limited, and the pricing feels a bit high for the facilities provided. But okay, if you have to spend time outside. Additionally, some furniture and dustbins should be provided in the rooms for better convenience. Overall, an average stay.
