Small room poor service no one come to see wether for room cleaning or food and idk in which hotel they closed the shuter after 10pm no one can go out

Decent stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. However, amenities could be improved. Average experience overall.

I booked the an ac room. At first the location that they have given on the link is incorrect because it shows of the railway station. So due to that we went to a wrong way. After that the room size was so small & the amenities were so bad. There was no room service or any method to contact with receptionist from our room. Even the behaviour of the staff was not welcoming. They were giving very weird looks. It was very terrible experience. It is totally waste of money to go there.

No light in room, no blanket given, only one water bottle given at c/in, tv was not working, charging socket was not working, pillows were very dirty, ac was not working

I am book the branded guest house room at one day i will reach early mrng 6am i will say i am check out my room next day mrng 2am it's total 18. Hours but the owner was says 2 days 2 days payment i request very much but it's cruel the boy will take 500 xtra

Hot water is not available during my stay during winter time. As per receptionist if there is no electricity geysers are not working only you will get rooms light.
