everything was good right from check in to check out, staff was polite and helpful. they obediently took note of my requirement on a call in the morning of check in date itself and honored it. tea and coffee as self service also available.

good stay and nice staff
stay was good and staff was nice.lil bit problem in parking but overall nice experience .food was nice

Poor Stay
Rooms are not cleaned and small, blanket was old, mattress quality was very poor bathroom also not clean

Bad experience overall
Bad experience with receptionist , not at all recommending it because of their bad behaviour...Please don't waste your time and efforts booking this hotel

Average Stay
The breakfast is not served in buffet style, also the breakfast quantity is fixed, only one item can be ordered from menu. I ordered poori sabzi, that too the poori was so small and light, and when i asked for 1 more poori, the rude receptionist denied to give saying this is the rule here. Extra poori will be charged as per full one quantity. No professionalism is there in female receptionist, no greetings, no smile. Kitchen services take so much time to give even one spoon. Location is not good. Room was good and clean bathroom was availble. For stay, its good, but food experience was horrible.

Excellent Stay
Hotel room is cleaned and hygienic and spacious. Ac cooling is good. Impressed for welcome drink. Food quality and taste is very good. Rooms have kettle complimentary free water bottle and also complimentary tea/coffee set. Bed sheet cleaned, washroom is very cleaned and hygienic. Overall very good experience. Suggest to all travellers please next time book this hotel and enjoy your day.

Average Stay
My stay in hotel p1 jallandhar was good enough. Everything was excellent except the location of hotel. It is situated near old railway station, a very crowded area. Staff was cordial and provided good service. Rooms were neat n clean.

Room aura was awesome. Some basic & essential items for washroom may be provided well in advance. Location was average not bad. May be considered for stay.

Room was good and staff is very polite and helpful. Services provided by the property is value for money. But the taste of food was not so good

Stay at p1
It's quite near the railway station just a walk away. The room and restrooms are very clean and good for business travelers. Food quality is also good. Value for money stay. I stayed there for 2 nights
