The property was prompt to contact after the booking and helped with the location. However, despite informing the property 1 hour prior to our arrival, it was a huge inconvenient to find the place locked and wait outside with an infant for around 40 minutes. Whatever is the reason for the delay in arrival of the owner, it is not at all acceptable to keep guests waiting. Big disappointment!
The place is clean, have all the amenities as described. The owner was courteous to help with getting the food. Good conversationalist, a new guy in this hospitality business – still in a leaning phase.
Next Morning, the property had some early check in for other guests and the owner arrived at around 7.30 AM, which was some sort of privacy breach, especially accessing the kitchen for the other guests and cleaning, despite our resistance. It was somewhere disturbance for us including the little infant. Since it was a layover stop for around 12 hours, we wanted some good rest, however, it did not go the way we wanted.
The owner and his family were polite and helpful, yet sometimes with the intention of helping we overdo things.
The owner is still in a learning phase and I am sure, with these feedbacks, he would take necessary measures.
