Not a good experience this time, I had been there thrice now but this time only had lot of issues. Hotel doesn’t provide/change hand towels and restaurant has poor service. Tea was complimentary during the trip during Hi Tea, but hotel says no - not a single cup of tea is free in hotel.

It was a great experience and staff is too good, I would like to book it again for my next visit. Facilities are too good and specially there is a Sikh boy at reception in morning shift, he is too good and he treats his clients like his own family members, I would like to tell owner of hotel that this Sikh boy is a gem

The bathroom was in poor condition, with water accumulating near the commode. Despite staying for two days, housekeeping never showed up. The electric kettle was broken, and the TV remote didn’t work. The breakfast menu was very limited, and service only started at 9:00 AM, which was inconvenient. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Good stay.... staff is nice and helpful. food quality needs to be upgraded. Thanks to Mr. Pradeep at reception.

clark has given the franchise however there is no service at all in this hotel. Start from Tea kettle, sink of the washroom, flush of the toilet cleanliness of the washrooms all compromised, I booked three rooms and tried to use things of another room to adjust. over all very poor. only restaurant downstairs was good. that too was overwhelmed in the morning because of less number of staff and service is the concern.

I stayed there for one night, the staff is very helpful and the best part is the food as bharvan the dhaba restaurant is part of the property so I don’t have to go out.

Slow service plus they serve tea in broken cups. Staff was good. The worst part was no water in washroom for almost six hours and no definite answer. Cleaniness was also an issue.

Its very small hotel, tiny rooms, tiny washroom, no food service in early morning … it starts at 9am. Most funny thing is if you want to change the temperature of Ac, you need to call at reception everytime.

No Wi-Fi No television No cells in Remote Control No milk for baby Not clean room Totally Discusting room Ac properly not working

Wash room is very small and room service is not good to as per charge the stay is not good

Location was good. Food was average not good or not bad. Amenities are not up to mark there is wifi problem on my whole stay.
