We stayed for 3 days at this property. Although the property is a bit old It is well maintained, the staff was courteous, the restaurant was good and the breakfast spread was really good. The location of this hotel is a very big plus point overall we had a good stay.

The rooms need renovation, things are falling apart. The food and the service is good and efficient. Location is excellent. The toiletries were limited and there was a smell in the bathroom at all times. The service at the restaurant Raas was very good by the staff.

The bathroom was not clean at all.
Staff misplaced my dinner order and had to sleep hungry that night as they took too much time just to confirm.

Hotel food and service is good , but the room and amenities are not good . I will rate this hotel as two star . There were cockroaches in the room and in the restaurant on table . This is horrible and not sure how many will be in kitchen and what we are really eating.

Room quality absolutely not at pat with the price. very poor bathroom maintenance. water drainage issues inspite of informing the staff, wasnt resolved when I returned from work later in the evening. the only upside was the good breakfast. the premium price only seems to be due to proximity to public transport. Hotel not upto best western standards at all. almost no channels on television to relax after work.

Our stay at best western was decent. Could be great. The hotel needs maintenance. Even though the rooms look clean they need lot of maintenance. Bathroom and shower areas look little old for the price being charged. Breakfast was good. Lot of varieties. Beds are old, needs change at least the one in the room we stayed was too soft.
