While the location is excellent and size of the accommodation is very good, the house was smelly and not maintained properly. One geysers was not functional. If maintained well this place can be an excellent property for people who want to stay near Rajpur road.

I had a lovely stay at this bookstay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The amenities provided made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend it to others!

Never stay with this place they didn’t pickup pick the call at the time of check in and we waited for 40 minutes approx on the open road and also they charged Rs 600 for cleaning at the time check out . Its worst stay in Dehradoon.

The location was wonderful, the apartment was well maintained as well, but there was some smell of gas throughout the stay as there is a gas agency in the same building.
