Review Of BANSI RESORTS

I have booked a deluxe room for my family and the room was very congested. Food was good.

Don't land in this place. As shown it is good looking outside in location.but disastrous inside. No room service. No wifi.No landline phone. no complimentary breakfast.Not even water bottles . The kitchen is far away from the place .No signals fr phone . only jio network will work. For every small thing you have to walk a far. Even though it's paid kitchen it's all limited stuff and high rates .As I asked them about this they replied " U came on the top u have to pay" This is the arrogance reply from the kitchen owner . Everything is over rated. The worst part is she is collecting the GST on the manual bill counter even it is not computer generated bill . Kindly book outside this resort even though it's a little bit far away . For every hotel room they will clean the room daily in the morning .but our rooms are messed up and they didn't cleaned even with broomstick. Don't book in this resort. It's my honest review . don't book by just seeing the reviews .

Worst-case scenario and terrible experience..Not even minimum service..No one to assist..

I stayed at this resort for two days. The room was comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful, with a peaceful natural atmosphere. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. There was no room service, and both the reception and dining area were located quite far from the rooms — even for something as basic as a water bottle, we had to walk all the way to the dining area. There was no Wi-Fi, no landline to contact reception, and Airtel network didn’t work there, making communication very difficult. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like a room freshener. The food was limited, overpriced, and even water bottles were charged separately, which felt unreasonable. On top of that, the owner was arrogant and dismissive, saying sarcastically that “in the mountains things are expensive.” However, compared to resorts located higher up in Araku Valley, this place was costlier with poorer services. Another concern is that the bill was not computer-generated, yet they were still applying GST charges, which raises doubts about transparency. Even small shops in the valley don’t charge GST for basic items like water and tea, but here it felt like they were exploiting guests. Overall, despite the good room and natural surroundings, the service, hospitality, and pricing were very disappointing.

The stay at Bansi resorts was magnificent. Though we had read some poor reviews beforehand, we were glad that we stuck to our selection. As we found out that the host was really helpful and accomodating. The location was away from the crowd and very refreshing.

bad experience, they were charging for everything, including water. And it's far away from Araku. The room feel is not good either, except for the view.

A nice place to stay with family if planning for a break before araku for those reaching from far away places. Borra caves and katika waterfalls is nearby. The resort is well maintained and food provided is nice.

Nice location to stay. Well maintained new property. But lack of good staff. Restaurant facility not upto mark. Bit on higher side on the tariff as per standards

Cleanliness. Bed sheets and towels should maintain well cleanly

Poor amenities. Not safe to stay in room as it has no doors locks inside. Couldn't sleep at night due to the rattling sound of the fan. No complimentary breakfast. Food was costly and cooked with stench y oil. Electricity supply goes on and off frequently. For most the time of the wi-fi and tv didn't work. Not convenient to visit araku, madagada and borra places of interest by staying at this resort, as they are far off from here. Staying here was a bitter experience.

The room provided to me does not match the propery description but charged at a premium rate. The resort is not at all feasible for late check out. Not great hospitality

It's location good. But check in time &out time is so inconvenient. Do some changes while accommodation.

There was no power back up for whatever room you choose and prices are also very high for food they provide and no proper response from staff

It was overpriced for the facility being offered. Tv was not working, no breakfast included. It was an ok type of resort with basic amenities but overpriced.

One of my friend recommended me this place and i booked the deluxe room for a nights through hotel's on-line booking. I was very happy with the hotel service the rooms are nice n clean, a/c works very well. The great travel advice and free information provided. I m very happy with them, very. Food was very good and the best part of this place is its view from deluxe room and restaurant which is very beautiful place specially at the night. The staff was very helpful and co-operative. Surely i will come back to this place once again. And i would like to recommend this place to all.

The location, property, view is great. The room, bathroom were clean but it lacks proper service. The bedsheet had stain marks which they changed on request. We had to ask thrice for 1 extra bedsheet and 2 glasses and twice for the ac remote. They only provided 2 extra small soap bars in the name of toiletries, thats it! that too melts away totally after only 1 use. They don't even provide complimentary water bottles. No racks or toletries holder in bathroom, no wardrobe even. No hand towels also. These are some of the basic amenities which a hotel provides even if one is booking a 1-1. 5k room. But we booked the premier room which charged more than 3k for a night! food quilty very poor and charges very high! they are using same masala in all their dishes, no change in taste, only change in main ingredient! property is pretty big with plants all around, but its sad to see so beautiful plants dying because of lack of maintainence. They are charging so much just for the property, then it's definitely not worth it. Check pics for reference.

Not upto mark and cost is two heavy for the rooms provided in the resort compared to other resorts in the same location

First the room charges are only 3500rs, whereas makemytrip charged me wrongly for a higher amount of 4481rs and next thing is the attitude of the hotel personnel which was not all acceptable.

I had a very bad experience with the hotel staff, required for raitha for lunch, he made us wait and didnt give us and also early in the morning we asked him to open the gate he rudely told us to vacate though checkout time is not reached
