While the view and surroundings is beautiful, rooms and service is pathetic. We have been given a room with no proper geyser, water from bathroom was flowing into room. Ordered food and received after 1 hr

Rooms are not good, attached bedroom washrooms having water leakage. Terrible experience. No proper maintenance

Nice location and good hospitality service also excellent, enjoy with tribal dance and music thank you team to arrange tribal dance.

Terrible experience. Hotel is in extreme remote location. Basic required things are not available, food is not readily available. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. We had booking for 2 days but had to leave within 18 hours.

This is excellent resorts in ananthagiri which is very near to aruku. This place is so-rounded by all seven hills and one nice stream adjacent this resort. Supplied tasty veg and non veg food items in time. Nice hill view points. Sunray is memorable. Cordial staff. All together good tourism palace for families. And secured also. I will visit again. Very cold climate.

One of the best in araku valley. Near to borra caves and anathgiri falls. Rooms, food and service are good. It is the best and loved it. Each member of the group enjoyed staying here

here. they have super deluxe non ac room which doest worth. they have room without lock . roomdoors, bathroom doors are broken. there is no security. we 4 friends stayed there , we had booked 2rooms but since because of these reasons atlast we have to sleep in one room . only one thing is good that is view in the morning. other than that nothing is in goodcondition there .never book this resort ever.u won't experience anything. worst room ever

1) pathetic hotel, dirty linen, dirty room, no water provided, no food, dirty is the word. 2) 2 kids below 18 who don't know any other language managing the hotel 3) no soap too

The rooms were spacious but there are no signals, and there was no wi-fi as well. Patchy walls, and the bedsheets etc were not clean. Food was terrible too!

It is a wonderful resort to stay in araku. It is very good and nice

Stay at rahul resort was terrible. Rooms not maintained well. Poor maintenance. Resort located place was beautiful if the propertier maintains the rooms well will be better for their business

Rooms are not at all good waste of money only thing is it is on hill top other than that nothing is good, i will give 1 rating.

This was a pathetic experience. They did not give us the room we booked at all. Actually, they didn't even know that we booked a room in their resort until i called them and asked the location. The room they allocated was pathetic since the bathroom flush was totally fishing water outside instead of inside. This was a horrible experience. I've asked for room change and they did and the other room was having the flush issue. On top of that the resort was encouraging an alcohol drinking party on top of my room where we were scared to hell since there was a girl with me and there were 5 boys drinking alcohol like hell until morning. And now once they said it was to vacate and we did now they are calling us continuously and harassing us to pay them more.

thr stay was ok...a lot of insects were there and the service was not upto mark

The property is full of bugs and has many maintenance issues door lock issues food served was decent but the charges for food are exorbitant.

Room service people are does not know anything regarding room service. No foods are available. Overall experience is very pathetic. In room there is no ceiling fan & toiletries. They provided stand fan. And marks on blankets.

The room was not a premium suite the ac was not working
