Over all everything is good room bed aircondtioner wash room geaser every thing is fine good very good but coming to the windows and and curtains of the room or not in good condition and based on women privacy that should be not at all good every one should need some privacy right so please try to change that facility thanku

Hotel was in 10min reach from araku railway station. Very helping hotel staffs... Food is superb . You don't have to search for hotels outside . For complementary breakfast you get unlimited idlies , poories and Vada . All taste excellent. After a bad experience of dum biriyani I was hesitant to try biriyani in Andra and telungana. But this time we tried their biriyani and it was superb. Their small kitchen and cafe serves good quality food. Coming back to the room, don't expect too much . It is a decent room with much needed amenities. Staff will come to your room to ask for dinner order. I find this very helpful. Overall our 3 day and 2 night stay went really well in araku ... Beautiful room Room was excellent service for restaurant. No bad days that room is so much bad. Bad comfort is very well. She is very comfort very comfort room hundred percent guarantee. This is the greatest experience in Araku.

the coffee cups are not clean, washrooms also not clean taps are not proper the room and bed was good but overall not worthy the amount you pay . We have ordered few starters from resturent of vihar it was decent but the washrooms was not good

I had a pleasant stay at this resort. The location was easy to find, and the property itself is well-identified, which made the arrival hassle-free. The resort has a nice, cozy charm — the rooftop and the abundance of plants added a refreshing and unique touch to the experience. Breakfast was good, and overall, it was a comfortable stay. That said, there’s room for improvement to elevate the experience from good to excellent. The cleanliness of the bedding and rooms needs more attention, staff could benefit from additional training and experience, and the breakfast spread could offer more variety. With a few improvements, this resort has the potential to be a truly standout place to stay.

The location is perfect ,very reasonable and above all food is awesome. Very safe too.The people are also very helpful.

location is over main road ...rooms neat average size,bathroom with hot water, neat with basic toiletries but no towels . restaurant small with limited food ..stayed only one day
