the stuff are so polite and The workers are very cooperative. at start it was so bad and unimaginable but they shifted me to 4000 rupees room but still not worth i can say that 4000 rupees room worth only 1300 rupees per day there was no hot water at shower you mush shower from bucket only and it was dirty you can see the dirt and insects but. the food are good and the stuff too ... its up to you if u want to rent 4 k room that worth 1.3 k only for me i rate this service as poor .. the issue its solvable i hope they solve it soon and remove that blue big jacuzzi that is designed so terrible .. thanks for reading & hope you safe trip

Property clenaness is so poor rooms are little bit dirty food was ok and facilities are so poor there is no handwash bathrooms are so unhygienic

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options that stood out. The location was okay, convenient but not particularly remarkable. The swimming pool was a highlight—very well-maintained and enjoyable, we had a lot of fun there. Facilities were average, meeting basic needs but nothing special. However, we were disappointed to find small ants and insects in the room, which affected our comfort. Overall, a decent stay with some notable pros and cons.

they didn't refund for my cancelled booking. and refused to pick the call. I cancelled the booking within 24 hrs

No proper cleaning is done. As soon we entered the room we got allergic due to dust. Ac is not maintained well

the experience was very disappointing. the room was not clean, there was no hot water, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. the locks were weak and did not feel secure. overall, the condition of the resort is poor, and it clearly needs renovation.

I went to this resort. Worst resort ever have visited. At the pool nearly 6 to 7 members are drinking alcohol and also they are making alot of noise even i see so many bottles are there. We wanted to go pool after seeing my family members are scared and cancel-led plan to go pool. We went to dinner at cafeteria we have informed same thing in reception. We said we can’t do anything its common here like that he said. And also lot of insects are in room. I have called and informed receptionist asked me to turn off lights. After i became serious room boy came cleaned the room. No gesyer available for hot water. For hot water they gave heater. I feel it stupidity. Receptionist behaviour is worst. “ i won’t recommend for families”

Place is so dangerous and no food facility near by the resort. No view point and waste of money no worth at all for money

I am very much disappointed with the cancellation policy there is no cancellation i had bookie for anantagiri hills or anantagiri mandal or something which is in vishakapatnam i tried cancel-ling the booking, but there is no use really very disappointing

It is a great experience in this location of ark u valley and staying in mountain view resorts. But it is great experience view of locations. Mountain i want to mountain view more update. In this resorts tv is not working properly and hot water speciality is not updade. Service more delay.

Food was good. Location was far away from the city which cost a big amount on vehicle rental. The room service wz really bad. Its an old worn-out property. The bathroom hangers, pipe handels were all broken. The bedsheets were not clean. Not very good experience at all.

As given in the pictures not up to the remarkable mark in regards to the bed, rooms and no hot water as promised, food is so expensive

Extremely costly room. Every thing was broken. No hot water. Very bad service. No one was available for assistance. They didn't even pickup the phone for housekeeping.

Hi, i am in hyderabad currently and mistakenly i booked room in vishakhapatnam since we have anantagiri place in hyderabad too that was a simple misunderstanding and confusion and within just 5 mints wen i realised i called to cancel-led the booking but they denied my request as it was non refundable. You should at-least understand the situation and proceed accordingly. I know your customer care tried but at-least there should be some compensation or something. I am always preferring make my trip something could be done. Thank you

It's a old property, photos mentioned are not as per actuals, they don't even provide water bottle in room. Bathroom wc is not clean. Even complimentary breakfast is only idle and plain dosa.

Property is in very nice location surrounded by mountains. Rooms are not well maintained - smelling of mold. Lot of scope for improving quality. Food is not bad but complimentary breakfast has only option for idly and dosas. Rest is charged at actuals and felt bit pricy. Friendly staff and open to feedback. Overall an average stay for the money paid. Seems like if i had booked direct with the hotel, i could have saved at least 1k per room per night. Not sure why mm t should markup more than a 1000 per room on the hotel published price.
