    The row villas are located in a good locality and are spacious. However, the maintenance has degraded in the past few months and there is a lot of politics going on. The community is peaceful and near a lake with no water scarcity. Some guests had a bad experience with delayed construction, legal issues, and poor construction quality. On the other hand, some guests found the property to be luxurious and affordable with good facilities. The swimming pool and gym were not functional in some villas. Overall, the property is nicely built but situated in an interior location.
