poor experience in asta hotel

I application it is showing 1. 9 km from mayapur but it is actually 30 km distance from mayapur by road as there is a river in between mayapur and this hotel. There are rooms on the 4th floor and there are no lifts at hotel.

Sorry mam but no other guests have said before that our hotel is dirty. It was you who said this first. First you booked our property for three days but didn't checked in. I called you you several times. You told me that you have checked in some other hotel at mayapur as you were unable to get the location. But our location is available in google map. Next day also i called you to come our property but you asked for a refund. But as the refund isn't available after check in date it was impossible for us to return the booking amount. The third day you came to our hotel and asked for a room. I called make my trip they told me if any guest didn't checked in schedule date then we were not bound to give her any room. But still we gave a room to you after two days of your scheduled check in date. So, it was you fault not ours. And please don't tell lies to hide your mistake. Try to check in schedule date no other hotel will entertain you after two days of schedule check in date. But we did it. We gave you room for no extra cost. Please remember that mam.

Very costly. No lift. Transparent windows with curtains which i think was a privacy concern. No in-house restaurant, but the manager arranged it for us. Cleanliness average. Location ok. The manager was very cooperative and his behaviour was good.

Thank you for your review sir. Sorry we don't have lift but the stairs are short so that anyone can ride easily. And we have room rent of 1000/1100 for an ac deluxe room. I don't think an attached bath ac room can be cheaper than that which can accommodate 3/4 people. Anyway please visit again.

The location of the Hotel was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean to stay in. We did not have any food from the Hotel. The staff was polite in behavior. The stay was very safe for the family.

So if any one comes with family he can feel that our hotel is totally safe for family. We try our level best to serve our guests. Our location is also at the heart of the town.
