Review Of Asaka Cottage | Rooms & Restaurant

Booked an expensive option thinking room will be clean,however got the damped room, full of moisture and smell of toilet. Property needs to maintain basic standards if asking for such amounts.

This is the second time we are staying at Asaka. A quiet property with a view of the mountains and on the river side. Food is homely and the property manager Mr Negi and attendant Rajesh are very courteous and helpful. You can enjoy a peaceful stay here and be well taken care of. The Property is 2 km approx from the market so you have a relaxed walk while checking out other shops and places.

What a wonderful beautiful and a homely stay at the cottages. Staff is ultra helpful and sweet with the views the location everything just adds onto this stay. Do book your stay here if you are looking out for a homely with the most beautiful and peaceful views of Kasol

As a travel agent, i don't recommend anyone to stay in this property. Such a bad vibe, no decoration of festival. Please don't book your stay here and spoil your holidays.

Best place to stay in kasol with peace full environment spacious and well maintained rooms food quality needs to be improved

Though the place is having fantastic location and environment, it lacks the appropriate service facility . The food is too costly compared to the other hotels and resorts in the kasol . Additionally the kitchen is not full fledged …you need to order the food well in advance if you want to have the lunch or dinner .

Good view of the snow capped mountains. The river flows beside the property. So it can be heard and seen from the hotel premises. It was green all around with big pine trees. The hotel staffs were very nice. And helpful. The property is walkable from the market. The property is very peaceful.

The property is really good and cozy. It is a good one if you want to spend good time with your partner. Because it's not a crowded place like hotel. It's near to the main market. The only problem is that there is no board on road to find the cottage where as it is on main road and no in house room service for food.

We had to ask for the refund before our travel checkin dates and even after creating the request ticket. We were only received one call from make my trip personal and after that no one called or contacted us. We shared the medical reports with the team for the proof. Still no resolution provided to us.

Good and decent stay. Approximately 500m before kasol market so it ensures to stay away from the noise. The staff is good and kind.

So i travelled their with my partner to be and some friends. At first i did not find the property so cool as it wasnt very much maintained. Owner hasnt kept much staff who can take care of the property. There are limited rooms available in this property so property would never look over crowdy. Property is around 500 meters before main Kasol so if you want to stay away from the city hustle it is best as one could walk down the street to shop/ eat/ roam down the kasol main street.

The location of the property is quite convenient, right where you want it, the start of the city but before the hassle of it. Big enough property to enjoy within itself. Rooms are neatly made, bathrooms clean, heated beds were a cherry on the top. As far as food is concerned can’t say anything coz there really was none. ! an absolutely non operative kitchen. Got a pizza delivered from la’ pinons around the corner. Overall the place was great (minus the food.

Location: perfect, food good, service good

The property is nicely located on the roadside about 3-4 kms from the kasol market. The rooms are spacious with required facilities e. G. Geysers etc. Has wide open area to spend time and have fun with friends family. The property overlooks river but is at a height from river. You can see the river and hear the sound of water throughout your stay. The food is homely and nice. Caretaker is open to cooking items as per your preference. We had great chilli chicken there.

It was a good experience. Staff and rajesh all are good and helpful. Food is also good.

As-aka is like staying at home not luxury but hygiene and clean property. The staff is amazing and they won't make you feel like you are coming first here they dance they sing with you. And finally the food chef prepares your choice of food whether it's veg or non-veg.

There were 2 rats in the room which was really disappointing

I had a pathetic experience at asaka, kasol. There was no service whatsoever as no one picked the phone. I took the mobile number of the service guy which was unanswered during the complete stint. Had to struggle to get drinking water and had to go to the market to fetch it. Shower was not operational which was highlighted to the staff who tried to fix it but all in vain. I felt helpless as there was no help provided even from mmt's end. Waste of money and pathetic service.
