While the property itself is commendable, the dining experience left much to be desired. The kitchen service was disappointingly slow, with a simple request for a cup of tea taking 25 minutes. The food was mediocre, and the lack of mutton options was a letdown. To top it off, we were provided with only a single finger bowl to be shared among three people. Getting the bill was another task. The Check-in/Check-out experience was good.

Bad experience at this hotel no dental kit available in room also bathtub and shower is one place its horrible

The hotel staff shows no generosity in fulfilling the customer's needs. They were very rude and specially the receptionist and manager. They were not picking any call. No response from house keeping et al. The property is an average 3 star hotel facility while charging for 5 started amount. They keep their entrance lobby Air conditioner off even in the summers to save electricity. The restaurant food was not good at all. I think my supply was stale. The toiletries are extremely bad without any standards. The only good thing is the rooms are very spacious.

Property facilities and location is good.

Room and the lawn areas including swimming pool were clean. Room service was good. All amenities are good as well.

They didn’t give back my ID after check in and then I forgot to take that. After reaching airport I stuck to enter bcs of non-ID. I asked hotel personnel then they denied to send that to airport. I went back to take that and then I ok my flight.

Welcome -average. just a small drink on arrival. No fruits in the room. There is no refrigerator provided in the room. The information booklet was torn. The room linen was good. The restaurant was below expected standards. Staff was courteous. The reception guy was just average. The location is very good. Amenities were sub par. The maintenance of rooms was satisfactory.

The property was really beautiful and photogenic. The pool side was nice. Service was fast and good. Also the staff was polite and cooperative.

Location was good, 5 mins walk from western group of temple. Food was good. There is a scope of improvement in room services as it is slow and food is costly.

Family was not allowed to stay together as the child and father was made to stay separately and mother and mother in-law was in a separate room. which was not adjustable. secondly the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark to my expectations as non veg items were not there and the items were repeated. Helpers and waiters were not present at the moment in the dinning place.

The property and it's location are good . Room Service was not up to the mark. It needs some improvement. Breakfast items were very limited. Rooms cleaning was average.

Location of property is good, food is good, room is good but something is missing in hospitality may be due to over occupation.
