I had a truly wonderful experience at Radisson Hotel Khajuraho. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth, professionalism, and excellent service. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which made the stay even more memorable. The food quality was absolutely outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and with a wide variety of options that catered to different tastes. Each meal felt like a thoughtfully prepared experience, and I would highly recommend their dining. The stay itself was comfortable and relaxing, with clean, well-maintained rooms and all the amenities needed for a pleasant trip. The peaceful surroundings and welcoming hospitality truly added to the charm of Khajuraho.

I recently stayed at a property near the Western Gate and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels peaceful and calm. The area is safe, which gave me complete comfort during my stay, especially while moving around in the evenings. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. The staff were polite and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing property, scenic and great hospitality. Their Pool was fantastic, and had great breakfast options. I just wish they do more variety of breakfast in consecutive days. Front office team and other staff were amazing. Kudos to the management and the team.

Service not good. Very casual, TV and AC remotes not working. Besides, mannerism of front desk staff (Asif Khan) was rude, irresponsible and idiotic. Around 2:30 am during night, when I tried to switch off the AC through remote, it didn't functioned. As I was not in mood to yet again disturb my sleep calling people getting things in order at expense of my sleep time I managed somehow the cold. During morning at around 7 am or something when I called the help desk, Mr Asif shot back saying you should have called us during night, which kind of make me feel laughable as here is this hotel staff who did not do a proper check of the property fixtures and functionalities, have the idiotic sense of offering me advice of what should I do during my sleep time. I called up the Manager, and he said he is on leave today being Sunday. Then I asked to whom he reports, he said he reports to GM but he would also be on leave today being Sunday. I told then you better put out a rider on the property about this as your guests should take that into account before trusting you people with bookings. I asked his GM number in that case, on which he said he would be coming at around then at 9 am. All through my complaint of non functional AC remote was not attended up till around 9:15 am, which kind of amazes me as to why are their staffs employed for if they can't get a simple issue of replacing batteries to a non functional AC remote even after 2 hours. There is much more than this because there were also some laughably crude experience right at the entry time when the room delivery was not in terms of the bookings made, because of which I was made to wait for around half an hour or so. Pretty pedestrian service overall except for the food which was good, especially considering the price it commands at Khajuraho among its peers.

It was good stay there, staff is very professional. Cleanliness is also cool. Food quality was also best. Prices are little bit costly but overall great stay there.

The property is nice, and the staff is excellent, especially at the restaurant. They go the extra mile to meet your needs, with rahul standing out for his exceptional service. The reception staff was also helpful and accommodated a room change. Overall, a great stay with outstanding hospitality!

Location: very good. 1. 5 kms from western group of temples. Property : very beautiful and well maintained. Only thing which i feel can be improved is the midnight menu after 10. 30 pm. There was only sandwiches(that too only one type) and french fries. Thats it. Overall i liked the property and staffs behaviour.

They took care of all our custom needs, heated our food repeatedly, made fresh food and served us with a smile, always. Quality and spread of the breakfast were excellent and the food was overall tasty. The location is also excellent and near all touristy sites and we overall found the property to be value for money and reasonably priced. The things to improve were the quality of the rooms and especially toilets and balcony which were creaking and old. The other area was the front desk who were not very proactive around rewards, things to do, room upgrades etc. Food quality was very good and tasty even if the spread was limited.

Neat and clean property with lush green landscape. Spacious rooms with all amenities. However average breakfast, could be better.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at Radisson Jass Hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Khajuraho for its excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and good service. A little more variety in the food offerings would elevate the experience further.
