The rooms were really clean and organized. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Deepa made sure we had a very comfortable stay.

It's a decent value for money, but our experience staying here was quite poor. The apartment wasn't particularly clean and there was fungus in the wardrobes. The wash basin sinks were all rusted and most door handles and locks were in poor shape and hard to use. Most, if not all, appliances included were in poor shape and did not work well. To be fair, it's entirely possible that the horrible weather at the time of our visit contributed to some of these issues, but nonetheless, we were unhappy. Mosquitos and pests were a problem and the caretaker was only giving us non-working mosquito repellents.

It's a newly constructed property hence it's neat and clean. You find ac is both the bedroom you got all basic amenities found in a service appartment. Cons: parking is a problem, only 2 cars could be parked because one parking is already alloted. Next the place is deserted, you would need to travel 1km for any purchase anyhow the pubs, resturents are close by especially the mitt campus. The problem i faced was driving the car up hill because it's very steep as shared in the pics

The house owner family is nice and maintained clean. The rooms are maintained well and equipped with branded refrigerator, ac, purifier, geyser etc. Owners are supportive in arrajging the needs if requested. Security guard prashanth also very good and supportive.
