Good polite staffs and enthusiastic services, easy way to find location and easy accessible suit lounge.

i recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. the rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. however, there was a small issue during check-in. i had booked a room for 5 people, but the hotel informed me that my booking was made for only 4 people. they asked me to pay extra charges of around ₹400 for the additional person. while the process was smooth and the staff was polite, it would have been better if the booking details were clearer from the beginning. apart from that, the service and cleanliness were excellent, and i would consider staying here again.

This Property is only Average. Not proper cleaning but Staff Responsibilities is Good. it's a Budget kind of Hotel.

it was a decent stay near 10 mins to the railway station if there was less traffic. easy access to chickpet, commercial Street and other important spots.

The house keeping was very bad and the room was untidy. Even the washrooms had no water outlet properly. Ac was leaking even after repeatedly request none addressed it. Never will i take chance again to book this hotel.

Room is costly, not clean, shower was not working, no hot water, very bad house keeping, dust bin was not working. On top of all these very bad service from the hotel personals.

Don't stay in apple suites hotel. It was terrible, the beds are very old and not comfortable to sleep and smelly as well rooms stinks not clean not worthy for stay

Room & Bathroom was not cleaned.. early checkin was refused & they have charged 500 INR extra for early checkin

It’s an average experience. Rooms are small but ok for a couple. Dust bin is very disgusting in condition. Front office staffs are not behaving polite. Room boy is very kind. Tv is working but set off box is not recharged. Location is calm and good.

Room is good food was not ok rate also very high use tea in foil cover service very good staff was very cooperate

Well maintained room & hygienic service location near railway station bus stand i recommend the hotels for staying

As there is no in-house restaurant, i ordered tea and the waiter brought tea for us in aluminium foil which was really shocking. There were no hangars in the cupboard and when i asked for it the waiters laughed among-st themselves and said that hangars will be provided later on. On reporting the incident to the manager hangars were provided but no action was taken against the waiters who laughed at me. The manager though polite was very much indifferent to our needs. Would suggest not to stay with family.

Hotel is overpriced. No hot water no clean y room. Poor response.

Very good and helping behaviour of this hotel’s employee. Room service staffs also very punctual in their duty. Overall good. Highly recommend to stay there.

After booking with advance payment when seen the bed, towle cleanliness was poor, hotel gallery was too small in width. Immediately left hotel & shifted to vb r golden inn.

Room service is not good. They are not cleaning the room. Receptionist is so arrogant as they didn't responding properly.
