I was surprised by the experience stay : We recently stayed for three nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless. We were greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing welcome drink. The lobby was beautiful, modern, and smelled amazing. The Room: Our deluxe king room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The blackout curtains were a godsend! The bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure in the shower and high-quality toiletries.

i was told to wait for at least 30 minutes after check in and also the room which was provided was not same as shown in the pictures. upon enquiry of the other options of the room , I was told that there no other vacant rooms and I have to adjust with the same they have provided.

the services are sooo bad like more than horrible... No toiletries were provided and despite of no charge for extra bed was written in details... they were charging extra for the bed... a very small room was provided which didn't even matched with images , and despite calling in reception there were no one to monitor us.... #notrecommendat all

Rooms was good, clean. Hotel staff are cooperative and helpful. They have also provided complimentary items in the room.

every thing was good and clean service of food to was good with pure veg and if you want to eat non veg u cn bring from out sideand eat any how the washroom was common and parts of cigarettes were all around so need maintenance on that and the shower also need cleaning cause it was not clean

Everything is good but the staff is mannerless...Even they don't know that before entering someone's room they have to knock the door or inform the guest rather they access room using different access card.This behaviour is ridiculous. Very shameless...... happened.. disappointed.

staff behavior & clinging is very poor

it was okay, they didn't mention anything about the complimentary breakfast, i didn't want to be a karen...i hope they can update their terms and conditions on the app.. because some of them would have raised a complaint

Ap homes is dirty and doesn't know how to behave and the room system is not good. Room not being right.

I book the room through online but after reaching there i have to change the room and they charge more from me n location is in very much crowded n we can't get uber easily as road is very narrow n crowd

The food served was good quality, but the room cleanliness is very bad, not clean at all, bad experience regarding room cleanliness

It didnt take me long to realize that this booking is part of a SCAM. You have no room option to select online and once you book looking at the images of the room, they will give you the worker room and say this is the booking you made without attached washroom (more dirty than railway station). And they charge you extra for upgrading the room, i literally just stayed for just 2 hours and got out of this hotel…
