Hotel location is good but room are little bit okay because smell in blanket & bedsheet are not soo clean

Don't expect much.
It is more of a lodge than a hotel. The rooms are all enclosed, so not a single room with an outlet window. It may be suitable for an overnight stay. The staff is cooperative and helpful no doubt, but you don't just want that. You also need proper rooms as well.

There should be clean rooms clean bed sheets
No chapel in room no dustbin in room there were one small dustbin for 4 rooms no cleanness
