Room service was good . stay was amazing

A nice place far from noisy main road. We felt very relieved when we went to anant residency. We booked a deluxe room and the room by itself is not that great as it doesn't have any windows thereby no ventilation. Also, the room smelled a bit and we requested room spray for the same. Apart from this, service was very good, i'd rate the hotel as excellent for ambience, service and food. Just the room maintenance made me feel a bit upset, so rated average for the same.

It was experience. The stay was good and close enough to all location mostly the beach and a tasty homefood restaurant.

Good place to stay here for family. Food was very good. Location of this hotel is in central place where you can go and visit any place its very near all famous place.

One of the best places to stay in malavn (dandi. Serves great food and clean rooms. Owners are humble and helpful.

Our stay was much better than expected. It is total value for money. At the cost charged and considering it's a home stay we didn't have much expectations but we were blown away with the hospitality, the services, the amenities, the food, everything! tejaswi is a total gem of a person and such a smart girl. The entire family is involved in running the place and they make you feel at home. We had a room on the upper floor and would recommend it for the view and because it's relatively new as compared to the ground floor. Nonetheless all rooms are well maintained and have modern light fixtures, gas geyser with hot water, remote controlled fans, new acs, tv and good bright sunlight through the french windows. The food is prepared in the local malvani style but they also customise as per your need. The location is right next to dandi beach and very close to famous temples and the local market. We did not have a very good experience of scuba diving as the water was murky and there were hardly any fish but we were told the best season is from december to february. Rather than relying on local contacts i would suggest to research beforehand from which beach and through whom to go for scuba and other water sports. Other than that our stay was perfect.

very clean, hygiene atmosphere in this hotel. Owner are very careful about guest and taking care personaly.The food is also so tasty and hygiene.

Rooms are clean and neat. Host(tushar) is very polite and friendly. Food is also good especially prawns thali.
