Money wasted

The complete condition of this stay was very pathetic condition as bathroom was string and flies were in the room there was no fan in the room and above all the breakfast was considered as a burden with only paratha that to on the wish of hotel just single ones you guys should mention that breakfast included is on rationing basis and above all my room allocation was not even the room which i booked

Sir as per your budget you booked Deluxe room because of low price but you expectation was for super Deluxe room. We can't change your booking. After reaching you raised the same question and then verify the photos and made the checkin. It's not like we gave you wrong room. And for your kind information in cold reasons flies are not there. You are writing those reviews intentionally because after reaching property you forced us to provide super Deluxe room and we denied it. As per breakfast is concerned you must know in complimentary breakfast you can't order from menu. It's always fixed menu. You must understand the meaning of complimentary brakefast. It's give by hotel to guest as complimentary. If you didn't like it, you must have ordered from menu. But you didn't do that because you don't want to spent money. But you expect that we provide everything free of cost.

Terrible Stay

As hotel facility terrible and i had paid meal for 4 members food selection or dish selection not according to customer but according to hotel what they had on that day for 1 day they had provide chicken one portion for 4 person and when asked for more chicken they said chicken is finished paid for dinner before visit more than 1000rs/meal what they had provided.

Sir in complementary dinner limited food options are there. As per chicken part is concerned ample amount provided to each. It's not buffet. And you can check well how much you paid Rs 200- for dinner and Rs 100- for brakefast for each person.If you are searching for cheaper price in high season then it's not possible to provide services. Still for any inconvenience we are extremely sorry.

Rooms are small and cozy, late night and early morning noise of people and staff chatting disturbed us. Food quantity is not enough. Average stay.
