As hotel staff told that they will arrange guide, but instead of proper guide, they arranged local person as guide, even hotel staff have lack of knowledge of places to visit in polo forest, our whole trip was ruin, my earlier trip i was stay in polo retreat resort, that resort is much better then this, it has open theatre, well managed area, proper guidance, well managed guide, very good food, etc. But this time we are truly disappointed. Food facilities is good, service provided is also good
