    Terrible Stay

    Terrible Experience – I paid extra for a lake-view room, but when I arrived, they said the room wasn’t available. Later I realized there are no actual lake-view rooms in this hotel The place is dirty, poorly maintained, and completely different from the photos online. The staff were unhelpful and unapologetic. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Don’t waste your money on Akansha The Lake View Hotel, Bhimtal —
