Bathroom and room was too dirty with filthy bedsheets. had a very small space to stay. staff were not responding well and was rude in response.

Worst experience rooms not cleaned bathroom not hygienic bed full of bedbugs do not recommend

The infrastructure of the room, especially the washroom/bathroom could be improved a lot to make it inviting for guests.

Though the location is good and property owner is cooperative, lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness are observed.

Very unhygienic and filthy. No hot water facility for bath, we have to beg the room boy to get us some hot water from common geyzer outside. Broken staircase, no lift. You have charged rs 760 per day, whereas the board in the guesthouse itself proclaims. Rs 500- per day for a single room. Overall, horrible experience. Cheating done by makemytrip.

There is no hygiene. All over dust and termites in bed. Got bites by termites. No hot water available. Tv and telephone not working.

I have stayed in agarwal bhavan for 5 hours as need to catch a train in midnight. Pathetic guest house. Poor quality of rooms, beds, bathrooms. Please avoid to stay here

All the improvement they have to do is completely wash the room. The room looks so dirty that you don't want to remove your shoes in the room. Washroom is also so dirty.
