Review Of HOTEL ALPHA

I have ever stayed in my life. Bad smell right from the lift. the complex in which the hotel is situated is very dirty and the hotel is also very dirty. Bath rooms were not cleaned for ages the buckets provided in the bathrooms had almost 4 centimetres of dirt on them. I asked for a tea oh god the moment he brought the tea pot inside is started smelling . I had a fight with the hotel staff and brought it to their notice and the had no answers. The management is not bothered at all of customers satisfaction.

I'm search the location through gmap. Once i reached d location found its at 7th floor. M totally unhappy. Room service is average. They needs to improve all the service . TV, AC other services are average.

Staff behaviour is good, but the property is not suitable as it is on the 7th floor, overall good,

visiting couple of times it's Good experience Staff is good behavior.

Property was in congested locality, not clean, bathroom had basin leaking, comod/flush not in good condition, no warm water for shower, even saw cockroaches moving around

Hygiene and catering service not satisfactory

Poor location. Lack of basic facilities in room, even in executive suite. Never recommend to anybody

Hotel is not clean also water used was boring water. Bedsheets are also torn.

Location is near from the railway station. The behaviour of the staff is good. The rooms are clean and the services provided by the hotel are also good. The bathroom flush needs to be improved. A good place to stay.

Very poor quality of bathroom and room. Bathroom was very dirty and old tap. Smell was very bed. Blanket, pillow and bed sheet was not washed. Room was so dusty.

In winter season no hot water available in hotel room, hotel charge a very with including breakfast and breakfast is very poor

Nice place and good service

The hotel was nice, but the pillow covers were not clean and the room was not the same as shown in pictures they showed a big deluxe room as in pictures but they gave me a normal room which is fine but still it's not right to show something different. They cleaned the dust after i noticed it in the room. The service was good and staff was also good

This is quite good hospitality & polity behavior of staffs.

Very very dirty hotel and never should stay there because nothing ambience, nothing restaurant, nothing beak fast properly etc.

It was quite a good experience it's just that the hotel location is not very good, else everything is fine
