Worst experience
We called the person when we reached mcleodganj. First of all he didn’t pick call for 3-4 times and then we got call back after sometime and when we said we have a booking he said, you should have called earlier i don’t have rooms now, and then said i have rooms but they are not good ones you can stay there, we were in 2 hr long traffic and decided to call mm t because we didn’t want to go to place if person is already saying he don’t have good rooms, and mm t didn’t help as well they said person doesn’t want to refund and raised a ticket its about 48hrs now no resolution yet, and we lost our money. Terrible experience with hotel and mmt as well
